Teams that withdraw within 30 days of the tournament date are ineligible for a refund. Teams that withdraw prior to this cut-off date will receive a full refund less a $50 administration fee. Tournaments that are cancelled will be refunded in full.
All teams must have their fees, application form and team roster received by the BBAMHA before they are considered officially entered.
