COMPETITIVE REP B (U11,13,15,18) REGISTRATION

Fees for 2025-2026 The Valley Storm are as follows;

U11-U13  $1150.00

U15-U18  $1200.00

The VS registration package includes; Registration, conditioning ice, tryouts and newly designed Valley Storm Home and Away jerseys/socks which players will keep.

If your player is not selected, a refund for the difference between the VS registration package and House League fees, (minus the cost for tryouts) will be provided.

Tryout Dates and Times will be communicated as soon as the information is available.

All players who wish to participate in the REP B Tryouts must register under Valley Storm Rep B, additional registration under House League is not required

If you have registered in the House League and later decide to attend Rep B Tryouts, please contact the Registrar to add your name to the list.

ACES/TITANS  A/AA REGISTRATION



It is the player’s responsibility to register with the Aces / Titans organization for tryouts.

The Rep B Pilot for U15 Aces has been discontinued.

·    If your player is already a BBAMHA member but you DO NOT have an active account, please follow the directions below to get started:

Steps to create a NEW Spordle Account:

  1. Don’t have an account? – SIGN UP
  2. Enter your email address then press the arrow.
  3. Fill in the Fields.  Enter your first and last name, create a password, then press the arrow to continue.
  4. You will be sent a verification code to the email selected. Enter this where prompted on the page and click ‘Verify’.
    This will take you back to the login page where you will have to enter the password you just created.
  5. Click on the red ‘I Agree’ button to accept the terms.

Steps to add members to your new account:

Once you are in your account, you will be at the ‘Dashboard’.
You will see your name as the head of the account, but you must now add yourself and your player(s) to your profile.

  1. Click on Members in the left menu box.
  2. Click on the icon of the person with the plus.
  3. In the Link a Member box, fill in the first, last and date of birth of the person you want to add. (Some may have issue with this as there were some errors with inputting info in the past during registration – if you are unable to locate the person you are trying to add please reach out to Lindsay). The date of birth format is YYYY-MM-DD. Click search. You can also search by your HCR # (if you know it).
  4. Once you click on search, any existing profiles will populate. To the right of the name there is a blue box to link the member, click on this to add to your profile. You will then have a drop down box to select a relationship to the person you are adding. Once that is done, click link.
  5. You should now see the added member on your dashboard.
    When you click on each Initial Icon, you can navigate through their qualifications, etc.

If your player is NEW to BBAMHA

Have they previously been registered in another association?

YES – Please do the following:

1.     Email [email protected] providing:
*Full Name
*Date of Birth
*Mailing Address
*Parent/Guardian Contact info – home/cell/email

2.     Complete and attach Annex A to 6.47 Player Transfer Residency Form;

3.     Attach scan/photo of Purchase Agreement or Rental/Lease Agreement (black out costs); and

4.     Attach scan/photo of any two (2) of the following (ex) School registration, Utility bill, Cable internet bill, Driver’s license or vehicle insurance & registration – proof must match new address.

NO (New to Minor Hockey) – Please do the following:

1.     Email [email protected] providing:
*Full Name
*Date of Birth
*Mailing Address
*Parent/Guardian Contact info – home/cell/email

2.     Attach scan/photo of the player’s birth certificate; and

3.     Attach scan/photo of any two (2) of the following for proof of residency: School registration, Utilities/Cable/Internet bill, Driver’s license, or vehicle insurance & registration – address must match proof.
*black out fees if you wish



Participated in FIRST SHIFT – Please do the following:

1.     Email [email protected] providing:
*Full Name
*Date of Birth
*Mailing Address
*Parent/Guardian Contact info – home/cell/email

2.     Attach scan/photo of the player’s birth certificate; and

3.     Attach scan/photo of any two (2) of the following for proof of residency: School registration, Utilities/Cable/Internet bill, Driver’s license, or vehicle insurance & registration – address must match proof.
*black out fees if you wish

All Information and Documentation must be received prior to registration completion



**IMPORTANT INFORMATION PARENTS/PLAYERS NEW TO MINOR HOCKEY**

RESPECT IN SPORT

Hockey Eastern Ontario (HEO) and Ottawa District Minor Hockey Association (ODMHA) have implemented RESPECT IN SPORT (RIS PARENT PROGRAM) for new members to hockey and any players transferred from another association that have not completed the RIS Parent Program.

At least one parent or guardian of a participant of each household of new registrant(s), MUST take the on-line “Respect in Sport (RIS) Parent Program”.

Note: RESPECT IN SPORT (ACTIVITY LEADER/COACH PROGRAM) Is a separate program/qualification.
